I’m Sidhartha Peddinti, a Philosopher, TEDx Speaker, Contributor for Forbes, Insider, Entrepreneur and other magazines, and and also a Nonprofit & Emerging Tech Lawyer.

After nearly two decades in the legal industry, I decided to switch gears and focus almost exclusively on education and training, especially around the topics of

  • Business and corporate law

  • Intellectual property law

  • Estate planning and trusts

  • Nonprofits and foundations

  • Bankruptcy and restructuring

  • Tax tax and strategies

I do this through courses, crash courses, legal publications, and public speaking - across podcasts, webinars, conferences, and live events. From these efforts, we often generate inbound leads, cases, and client questions that need experienced attorneys to support the backend legal work.

As you know - there are TOO many scammers and fraudsters that are destroying the marketplace and making it very tough for honest and hard-working lawyers who actually care about clients and want to do good legal work.

I've come across HUNDREDS of clients over the past few years who have been scammed by various gurus and marketing agencies that offer complex legal services - I'm sure you know all about it.

Anyway - I'm interested in advancing the legal profession, advancing legal education, and helping lawyers and consumers avoid scams and traps.

Lawyers are also subject to these scams - but in a different way, more on the business front. Internet marketing companies are bombarding us with the same "ONE THING AWAY" b/s and a lot of us are falling for it - I've spent hundreds of thousands over the years on these fluff marketing programs that all turned out to be quick-fix tactics disguised as life-changing solutions.

That led to unlock and uncover all these alternative pathways that I'm currently pursing:

  • Educating people through nonprofits that are funded by Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc.

  • Educating people through articles and stories that are featured on mega publications

  • Educating people through workshops and seminars held by referral partners (CPAs, Realtors, etc.)

  • Educating people through keynotes and presentations (TEDx Talks, Masterminds, or corporation consulting)
